Shipping Information

Shipping Rates

• Free standard shipping on all orders SGD 60 and above.
• SGD 1.99 flat-rate shipping on orders below SGD 25.
• All prices include 9% GST.

Delivery Times

• Standard delivery: 2–4 working days from order confirmation.
• Express delivery: 1–2 working days (additional charge, selected at checkout).
• Same-day delivery: available for selected areas — order by 12pm SGT. Check eligibility at checkout.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all Singapore residential and commercial addresses, including Sentosa Island, HDB estates, condominiums, and landed properties.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Tracking Your Order

• A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
• Track your delivery via our logistics partner's website using the tracking number provided.
• You can also view your order status at any time by logging into your account and navigating to Orders.

Large Items

Larger items such as the Balance Bike and Wooden Kitchen Playset are shipped via courier. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel. If a delivery attempt is missed, one redelivery attempt will be made automatically. Thereafter, you may collect the item from a nearby collection point — details will be included in your delivery notification.

Rental Deliveries

Toy rentals are delivered and collected under the same standard shipping policy. Return collection is arranged by our team — full details are provided in your rental confirmation email. You do not need to arrange your own return courier for rentals.
